The choir helping people with dementia

New evidence showing the benefits music can offer people with dementia will be presented the House of Lords today.

It is thought that around 850,000 people in the UK live with different types of dementia - of which Alzheimer's disease is the most common.

The Singing for the Brain choir has had transformative effects on locals in Croyden suffering from dementia.
