Relaxation Therapy

Relaxation Therapy is a common practice designed to relieve tension, strain and stress by for example listening to music, message to relief muscle tension, or by experiencing silence. Relaxation therapy has been found especially useful for treating anxiety disorders and for supporting cancer survivors.
